tanks bulbapedia~ but seriously there’s no completely official thing (that everyone believes, since nintendo had one thing where they said they were twelve, but c’mon, really? meowth denies it in the episode shown as well), but they’re not super young. jessie filled out a form in the ultimate test where she said she was 17, but who’s to stop them from lying? they ARE team rocket, after all.

& don’t go by how old the voices sound. i mean, really, if we went by them, ash would actually be a 30-year-old woman!
